Estimates and pricing
Nothing on this website is a quote, a bid, or a binding offer. Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract and does not reserve a spot on our schedule. Pricing for your job comes only from a written estimate we give you after we understand the scope, and work begins only once we have a signed agreement.
Our workmanship guarantee
Lonestar Pro Solutions offers a 100% workmanship guarantee: we warrant all of our own workmanship for 60 days from the date a job is completed. If our workmanship fails within that window, we will return, assess it and correct it at no charge to you. The warranty covers our labor only — it does not cover manufacturer defects in materials, damage from weather, misuse or normal wear, or work performed by anyone else.

Accuracy of content
We try to keep this site accurate and current, including project photos and service descriptions, but we do not promise it is complete or error-free. Photographs show past work and are not a guarantee that your project will look the same or cost the same.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Lonestar Pro Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit our responsibility for the construction work we actually perform for you, which is governed by your job agreement and by Texas law.

This site links to other websites, such as our Facebook page and an embedded Google map. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Lonestar Pro Solutions or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving our county in Texas.
