Accessibility Statement
Lonestar Pro Solutions wants every customer to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.
What we are aiming for
We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are not claiming full conformance today — the known gaps are listed below honestly rather than left out.
What this site already does
- Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is visible as you move through the page
- Buttons, links and form fields meet the 44×44 pixel minimum touch target on phones
- Photographs carry descriptive alternative text
- Headings run in a logical order so screen readers can navigate by structure
- The menu and the photo gallery expose their state to assistive technology, and both can be closed with the Escape key
- Body text is tested for colour contrast against its background
- Animation is reduced automatically if your device is set to “reduce motion”
- The page works at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling
Known limitations
Green buttons. Our buttons use the exact green from the Lonestar Pro Solutions logo. White text on that green measures about 3.1:1, which is below the 4.5:1 that Level AA asks for on normal-size text. The button text is large and bold, and every button is also reachable as plain text elsewhere on the page, but we are aware of this and are reviewing it.
Embedded Google map. The service-area map is provided by Google and we do not control its accessibility. Our service area is also written out in text directly above the map, so no information is only available inside the map.
